Our Founder
With over three decades of mastery in Ceylon tea, our Founder, Rohan Ladduwahetty, has devoted his life to mastering both the art and science of the leaf.
His journey began in 1985 at the prestigious Van Rees Group, where he mastered the fine arts of tea – Tasting, Valuing, and Blending, Packaging – along with the complexities of its global trade. After a distinguished career leading major export divisions and co-founding a company that supplied the world’s top private-label brands, Rohan was driven by a deeper calling: to create a brand of his own.
Quest is the culmination of this lifelong dedication. Launched in 2022, it stands as a personal promise to deliver unparalleled Ceylon Tea experience to discerning enthusiasts around the world.
